If you provide a mobile number and consent to SMS, we may collect your phone number, your consent preferences and timestamps, and related message metadata (such as delivery status) as permitted by law.
How we use SMS-related data: We use this information to send the messages you have requested or agreed to (for example, service, scheduling, and account-related texts), to honor opt-outs, to troubleshoot delivery, and to meet legal and carrier obligations.
No sale; limited sharing: We do not sell SMS subscriber data. We do not share it with third parties for their marketing or for unrelated marketing purposes. Disclosure to carriers and compliant messaging infrastructure providers is limited to what is necessary to transmit and document messages.
